At The Bhoj, every dish tells a story and Ishrat’s story is rooted in love, family, and tradition. A devoted mother of two, she began cooking at home for her loved ones, inspired by her mother and later her mother-in-law.

Over the past two years, Ishrat has expanded her passion beyond her kitchen, cooking for others and bringing people together through her heartfelt meals. She is a familiar face at community fairs, where her dishes always leave a lasting impression.

With dreams of growing her small business, Ishrat is now sharing her homemade creations through The Bhoj one meal at a time.
